PROVO — The No. 3-ranked BYU men's volleyball team (17-2) has been riding high here of late, having put together 11 straight wins. It's done as much without the services of one of its top players, Ben Patch, who is still on the shelf with a groin injury, yet have played a level that many programs would be hard-pressed to match.
Turns out a program that has matched, and maybe even surpassed BYU's current level is visiting the Smith Fieldhouse this weekend.
No. 4 Hawaii (20-2) travels to Provo to battle with the Cougars on both Friday and Saturday nights, in what looks to be a highly competitive matchup.
