PROVO — BYU took it on the chin Thursday night, losing to No. 4 Gonzaga by 30 points, but hopes to rebound quickly when taking on what appears to be an improved Loyola Marymount team Saturday night (7 p.m. MST, BYUtv) at the Marriott Center.
It will be the first meeting of the two programs this season after splitting the two games versus the Lions last season.
LMU comes in with some good momentum following wins at Santa Clara (69-61) and at home versus Pacific (60-42) to square its West Coast Conference record at 4-4.
