With Ziggy Ansah, Kyle Van Noy, Daniel Sorensen, Alani Fua, and De'Ondre Wesley all on bye weeks and Uani 'Unga out with injury it was a pretty quiet week for former Cougars in the NFL.
The biggest news involving BYU alumni came out of Baltimore where Dennis Pitta announced Wednesday he will not play the rest of 2015 season. As a result of the hip injury that ended his season last year and has kept him out Pitta has already sat out the first nine weeks of the season as he continues to recover from the second major hip injury that ended his season last year.
