Baylor dominated the line of scrimmage as BYU fell to Baylor 38-24 Saturday afternoon in Waco.
Baylor had 534 yards of total offense, including 303 yards on the ground, as the Jeff Grimes’ offensive line dominated the line of scrimmage. Running back Abram Smith rushed for 188 yards and 3 TDs and his running mate Trestan Ebner added 95 rushing yards.
BYU had some momentum at the beginning of the second half when Jaren Hall ran the ball 56 yards for a TD to cut the Baylor lead to 17-14, but Baylor immediately responded with a TD and never looked back.
