Talan Alfrey, a two-star safety from Auburn Mountainview High School (WA) has committed to BYU football.
Alfrey made the announcement Monday evening on his Twitter account.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound safety is listed as a two-star prospect according to 24/7Sports composite rankings.
At the time of his commitment, Alfrey was also receiving had offers from Air Force, Idaho and Nevada, while reportedly getting some interest from Utah and Boise State.
Alfrey is a mission-first kid, so he’ll be going on his LDS mission before beginning his BYU football career in 2020.
One of the great aspects about Alfrey is his athleticism.
