The BYU secondary got their second big recruiting win of the day with Max Tooley announcing his commitment to play for the Cougars. Tooley is a three-star safety prospect out of Bountiful High School according to Scout.com. In addition to BYU, Tooley had scholarship offers to play for California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon State, Utah, Utah State, and Washington State.

BYU was the first school to offer Tooley back in February.
