It was a tough few months as the Utes came calling, but in the end, 2016 wide receiver Jonah Trinnaman is sticking with his commitment to be a BYU Cougar.
That's what Trinnaman told Ryan McDonald of the Deseret News on Wednesday, reaffirming his original commitment to BYU last June.
Trinnaman said he made his decision after his official visit to Utah and his former recruiter to BYU, Guy Holliday.
"I wanted to hear what (Holliday) had to say in his new role at Utah. I really just wanted to make sure that I was making the right choice, so I went up there (on an official visit)," Trinnaman told the DNews.
