BYU football: Mangum cites his favorite targets following scrimmage

PROVO — Thursday's scrimmage wasn't all bad for BYU's offense. The tight end unit, led mostly by quarterbacks Tanner Mangum and Beau Hoge, broke through for a few standout plays, a common theme during most open-practice sessions.

Mangum made no pretense when asked, stating, "I love the tight ends; Moroni (Laulu-Pututau) and Matt Bushman," when asked who he's feeling the best connection with among his allotment of targets.
