BYU Football Fall Camp Day 6: Cougars reveal LaVell Edwards patch and a new Nike uniform template

Related Topics: Nike, LaVell Edwards

The first half of practice was photo day for the team and we got our first look at the uniforms that the team will be wearing next season. While there were no changes to the overall design, BYU did get a new uniform set from Nike called Vapor Untouchable. The jersey is a lighter weight and has fewer panels and stitching which (according to Nike) will increase performance, etc. The main area where fans will be able to tell the difference between the old uniforms and the new set, is around the collar. If you look at the old uniforms, you’ll see that BYU had the old “Get Loose” template that featured the Nike Flywire collar on the front of the uniform.
