Provo • University of Missouri system president Tim Wolfe resigned Monday morning in the wake of criticism over his handling of racial issues on the Mizzou campus, potentially clearing the way for the BYU-Missouri football game to be played on Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
