BYU is getting help on the offensive line in the form of a pair of transfers.
The school announced Monday that Tristen Hoge, who played for Notre Dame last season, and James Empey, a returned missionary from American Fork High, will join the Cougars program.
Hoge, a cousin of current BYU quarterback Beau Hoge, will have three years of eligibility with the Cougars.
