FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Having to travel more than 2,000 miles and two time zones for Saturday’s game against UMass, BYU left a day early, on Thursday, to adjust for the time change.
Plus, the Cougars will be playing early, squaring off against the Minutemen at 10 a.m. Mountain Time, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
What are the challenges of making such a long trip and playing such an early game?
“We’re going to go a day early to get adjusted to the clock. The only issues that happen is what you give credit to. I don’t think we’ll have any problems,” said coach Kalani Sitake.
