BYU finished a California road swing with another dominating performance in a 88-71 win Saturday afternoon over LMU. BYU was up by 30 for much of the second half until a late 15-0 run by LMU in the final 4 minutes made the score a bit more respectable. LMU was #102 in NET coming into the game, making them a Quad 2 win for BYU.
BYU jumped out to a 7-0 lead and put the Lions away quickly with efficient offense and sound defense. Four BYU starters scored in double digits, led by a 21 point and 5 block performance from big man Matt Haarms.
