BYU basketball will have at least one new face on the roster next season, as Rylan Bergersen is the newest Cougar.
Bergersen is a graduate from Borah High School (ID) and spent last season with Link Prep (MO). He wanted to make sure he was getting on the radar of schools around the nation, so he bolted out of Idaho.
He’s a 6-foot-6, 200-pound guard that comes from a basketball family.
His father, Roberto, played at Boise State and was one of the best players in the Broncos’ program history. He was a Big West Player of the Year and was the Atlanta Hawks’ second-round selection in the 1999 NBA Draft.
