Provo • The rematch in Provo wasn't much of a match.
Two nights after escaping San Diego with a two-point win over the Toreros, BYU blasted the visitors 91-33 in the Marriott Center on Saturday, dominating the West Coast Conference game.
BYU jumped to a 12-0 lead and was ahead 39-11 at halftime, after trailing USD 32-27 at Jenny Craig Pavilion on Thursday night before winning 69-67.
Nick Emery led BYU with 17 points and Zac Seljaas added 13. Kyle Collinsworth had 12 points and seven rebounds in 22 minutes.
Fifty-eight points is the Cougars' second-largest margin of victory ever.
