LAS VEGAS — The BYU Cougars dominated on the inside in beating the Saint Louis Billikens 92-62 at the MGM Grand Monday night.
Kyle Davis and Eric Mika led the way for the Cougars (4-0). Davis finished with a team-high 22 points on 10-of-13 shooting, while Mika added 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in just 19 minutes.
BYU also got solid efforts from L.J. Rose and Jamal Aytes. Rose had five points to go along with 12 rebounds and eight assists, while Aytes managed 12 points on a perfect shooting night.
Jermaine Bishop was the only Billiken to score in double figures with 27 points on 11-of-23 shooting.
