After dropping game one, BYU baseball rebounded with two-straight victories over No. 19 San Diego over the weekend.
It took an extra inning on Friday night, but the Cougars knocked off the Toreros 9-8 in 10 frames.
BYU baseball fought back from 6-1 and 7-3 deficits to take the win.
“This was a total team effort,” BYU baseball head coach Mike Littlewood said in a press release. “To say I’m proud of the effort is the understatement of the year.”
