For years BYU fans have been suggesting that they connect the four sections of LaVell Edwards Stadium by filling in the corners with additional seating. Well it looks like renovations are on their way that will connect the stadium, but without the increased seating.
This morning BYU announced that after the 2018 Seamons they will start on some improvements that will help increase accessibility throughout the stadium. Here is a portion of the press release from BYU that details the updates.
The project will add structural sections at the four corners of the stadium that will connect the existing four independent stadium stands at the mezzanine level.
