INDIANAPOLIS – Butler found an antidote for its ailments: DePaul.
The Bulldogs weren’t always at their best after a week off, but they had enough to beat DePaul 60-42 Saturday night and end a three-game losing streak before a Hinkle Fieldhouse sellout of 9,234.
Butler sixth man Jordan Tucker scored 13 second-half points on four 3-pointers, and Kamar Baldwin stuffed the stat sheet: nine points, eight rebounds, five assists, three blocks, six steals (career high).
Sean McDermott had 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists (career high).
