INDIANAPOLIS – Kelan Martin took over Hinkle Fieldhouse on Sunday night in Butler’s 85-75 win over Princeton. It wasn’t the first time he’s done it, and it likely won’t be the last. But for Martin and the Bulldogs, both in the short term and the long term, how he took over was most important.
He led the Bulldogs in points, scoring 16 of his game-high 20 in the second half. He led the way in rebounds, with a career-high 14. He also led the team in assists.
This could’ve been the Kelan Martin Game.
