TERRE HAUTE – Fans that attended the game between Butler and Indiana State on Friday night at Bob Warn Field were treated to some free baseball as the two clubs ended the scheduled nine innings tied up at 9-9. In the end, a walk-off grand slam by the Sycamores would give Indiana State the win in the bottom of the 14th inning.
Scoring opened up in the first inning with the home team pushing two runs across in the bottom half of the inning. Butler cut the gap to one in half in the second inning off a Gehrig Parker solo shot.
