INDIANAPOLIS – Butler Bulldogs players are immersed in basketball history from the moment they step on campus. From the 90-year-old fieldhouse to banners hanging from rafters to memorabilia cases on the south corridors, there are reminders everywhere.
History is so much a part of the program that it could be characterized as a Sixth Man. That Sixth Man on Friday, the day the Dawgs opened formal practice, was living history: Bobby Plump.
