INDIANAPOLIS – Butler is picking up a basketball stat-stuffer in Bo Hodges.
The 6-5 wing from East Tennessee State announced Monday on Twitter he will transfer to Butler. Hodges, of Nashville, Tennessee, must sit out one season before becoming eligible in 2021-22.
The Bulldogs had one scholarship available after Jordan Tucker reaffirmed Friday he is staying in the NBA draft pool and not returning to college.
Hodges is the second transfer to commit to Butler during the offseason. The other was South Carolina's 6-3 Jair Bolden, who has immediate eligibility and is expected to become a 2020-21 starter.
