Kellen Dunham is taking his 3-point sharpshooting to Memphis.
The 6-6 Butler guard from Pendleton Heights has signed on to the Grizzlies’ summer league roster, the school announced Friday.
Dunham finished his career with 1,946 points and 299 3-pointers, both No. 3 in Butler history. He averaged 16.2 points a game last season and led the Big East by shooting .495 on 3s in conference play. Over his final 20 games, he shot .526 from the arc (61-of-116), a percentage that would have led the NCAA if maintained all season.
There is opportunity in Memphis, which is need of youth and perimeter shooting.
