Tyler Lewis is not transferring again.
The 5-11 point guard said Friday he is staying at Butler for his final college basketball season, ending speculation he would be a graduate transfer and go elsewhere. He transferred to Butler from North Carolina State and sat out the 2014-15 season.
“Honestly, I never really thought about transferring. It’s not something I really wanted to do,” Lewis said Friday. “Butler is a place I really like. The fans are awesome. It’s like a community here. Players are awesome. Coaches are awesome.
“It’s like a family environment. Butler is just a special place.
