INDIANAPOLIS – Butler has refinements to make on defense, which is not unusual for October. The Bulldogs may not start this college basketball with their offense as clunky as it was early last season, though.
The Bulldogs shot 55 percent, including 59 percent in a 55-point second half, and placed six players in double figures in rolling past Tiffin 100-63 in an exhibition game Sunday at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Junior guard Kamar Baldwin made seven consecutive field goals in one stretch and led Butler in points (17), rebounds (eight) and assists (five).
