Humiliation by Creighton not as bad as injuries IndyStar
INDIANAPOLIS – Butler’s men's basketball program received good news on two fronts Wednesday.
Coach LaVall Jordan, speaking on Dan Dakich’s radio show, expressed optimism about the condition of guards Kamar Baldwin and Aaron Thompson.
During Sunday’s 81-59 loss at Creighton, Baldwin re-injured his ankle and sat out the entire second half. Thompson landed on his injured left (shooting) wrist late in the game.
Jordan cautioned that the two guards are “day-to-day” and that whether they play in Saturday’s home game against DePaul will be up to Butler’s medical and training staffs.
