Butler brand strong nationally, but what about at home?

INDIANAPOLIS – Butler basketball belongs to one of the strongest conferences, plays before network TV audiences and is coming off its biggest home attendance in 54 years.

Yet the question remains: Who cares about Butler in Indiana?

Judging from the recruiting trail and media coverage, the Butler brand resonates more strongly around the nation than inside the state.
