INDIANAPOLIS – Michael Kaltenmark, as much as anyone, knows the influence of social media. He is the man behind the dogs, Blue II and III, who became the faces of Butler University.
Yet it has been “overwhelming” for him to witness the response to his announcement Saturday that he needs a kidney donation.
Kaltenmark, 39, is Butler’s director of external relations and handler of the live mascot.
