INDIANAPOLIS — LaVall Jordan often asks his floor general who the best point guard is on the court, and Butler sophomore Aaron Thompson will always answer it’s the one that wins.
Thompson started 32 of Butler’s 35 games as a freshman. He helped guide Butler to a 21-14 record and appearance in the NCAA Tournament’s Round of 32. And as the 247Sports Composite three-star recruit set the program’s freshman record for assists, with 118, he also finished second on the team in steals.
