Wout Weghorst has blamed Erik ten Hag's tactics for his failed loan stint at Manchester United last season.
The Dutch striker joined the club from Burnley for the second-half of last season after the Red Devils paid Besiktas to cut short his loan with the Turkish side.
Weghorst was delighted to make the move to Old Trafford and almost broke down in tears after scoring his first goal for the club in a Europa League clash with Real Betis.
The 31-year-old who is now on loan at Bundesliga side Hoffenheim, said that the way United played under Ten Hag was 'different' from what he has been used to in Germany and Turkey where teams played for him.
