Rio Ferdinand has slammed Manchester United Harry Maguire as he branded him responsible for Burnley's first goal at Old Trafford.
The Clarets stunned the Red Devils on Wednesday night beating the 13-time Premier League champions 2-0 thanks to Chris Wood's first-half strike and a thumping effort in the second period by Jay Rodriguez.
United's performance resulted in thousands of empty seats and a chorus of boos at Old Trafford and while it rams the pressure up on manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, former defender Ferdinand put the newly-appointed Manchester United captain in the spotlight and highlighted his failing for Chris Wood's 39th minute opener.
