The Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal (BKPCA) is holding another screening event at Turf Moor on Saturday (1 June).
Similar events across the country have tested thousands of men over the past two years and provided the necessary information for those in danger to seek necessary life saving treatment.
Previous events at Turf Moor have seen over 2,000 men undergo a simple blood test designed to detect an individual's PSA (prostate specific antigen).
Ten per cent of tests have led to warning signs and, in some cases, lifesaving treatment for prostate cancer.
The event at Turf Moor takes place in the James Hargreaves Suite from 10am - 1pm.
