Tottenham have reportedly rejected an approach from Burnley to sign Eric Dier on loan.
After nearly a decade at the club, Dier has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Spurs this summer.
Reports suggested the 29-year-old could follow Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, with Thomas Tuchel said to be keen on Dier's versatility, though a move has yet to materialise.
Dier has yet to start a competitive game for the club since Ange Postecoglou took over as manager earlier this summer, and was left out of the club's squad ahead of their EFL Cup clash with Fulham on Tuesday.
