Sean Dyche has revealed some of the mad stories behind his use of a ‘fine wheel’ while Burnley manager.
The 51-year-old was in charge at Turf Moor before the club kicked him out during the middle of a Premier League relegation battle earlier this year.
During his almost ten years as Burnley manager, Dyche used a ‘fine wheel’ to penalise players for small indiscretions, such as leaving kit on the floor, turning up late, or not putting away their dirty crockery.
It was initially a rugby idea which Dyche and his team at Burnley, including sports scientist Mark Howard, utilised for football.
