Two sides with almost identical records meet at Turf Moor as the Clarets look to re-boot following their Tuesday night defeat at Newcastle.
With Crystal Palace also losing in mid-week, both teams remain on 30 points with eight wins, six draws and 14 losses apiece.
There’s also only one goal between them but Palace’s superior goal difference has them sitting one spot above the Clarets in 14th place.
More importantly, both are five points clear of the final relegation place currently occupied by Cardiff City and hoping to keep looking upwards, rather than over their shoulders.
