Playing favourites from Burnley and Swansea City will pull their boots on again on Sunday to support former team-mate Lenny Johnrose.
In March, 2017, Johnrose, 48, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease - a condition that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord and which currently has no cure.
And this weekend teams of legends from the Clarets and Swansea – two of Johnrose’s former clubs – will play each other at Bamber Bridge FC, near Preston, in aid of the Len Johnrose Trust and to help raise awareness of MND.
Burnley’s team is centred around their 1999/2000 promotion-winning squad, in which Johnrose was a key player in the middle of the pitch.
