Burnley collected their second away point of the season by recording a deserved 1-1 draw at Hull on Saturday, with Michael Keane equalising to cancel out an unfortunate penalty he had given away at the other end for handball.
There was very little between the sides in a game that was short on quality in the final third with some very poor finishing on show and the Clarets able to hold on despite Ashley Barnes being dismissed in injury time for collecting his second yellow card.
Positives
With Hull having improved under their new coach Marco Silva, a point has to be respected as a very solid result for Burnley, especially given how poor they have been away from Turf Moor this season.
