Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah is one of three players to be handed their first call-up to the England Under 21s after impressing for Jurgen Klopp's side.
The 20-year-old has made five appearances this season, starting twice including in the Reds' 2-0 Europa League win over Union SG on Thursday night.
Quansah also caught the eye with an commanding cameo as a substitute in Liverpool's stunning comeback victory over Newcastle at St James's Park in August.
The defender is in line to make his debut for Lee Carsley's European champions alongside on-loan Hull City midfielder Jaden Philogene and Norwich City winger Jonathan Rowe.
