Luke Williams has described Connor Roberts as an "incredible player" after the Wales international revealed he wants a second spell at Swansea City.
Right-back Roberts left boyhood club Swansea for Burnley in 2021.
But the 29-year-old, whose contract at Turf Moor expires at the end of this season, said in an interview with BBC Sport Wales last week that he hopes to rejoin Swansea before his playing career comes to an end.
"He'd walk into almost any Championship team, let's be honest," said Swansea head coach Williams.
"He's an incredible player and great character so let's see what happens in the future, I don’t know.
