Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Kevin De Bruyne has sustained a 'serious injury' and could be set for months on the sideline.
The Belgian playmaker was withdrawn midway through Man City's Premier League opener against Burnley as a recurring hamstring issue continued to cause problems.
And now, City boss Guardiola has confirmed that the club will decide whether De Bruyne will undergo surgery.
In his press conference, Guardiola said: 'We have to decide [on] his surgery... We will decide in the next days. Surgery is surgery, three or four months out'.
