Goalkeeper Kai Calderbank-Park is getting his first taste of the FA Cup after joining Curzon Ashton on a ‘work experience’ loan.
The Clarets’ third-year scholar sat on the bench as Curzon drew 4-4 with National League North rivals Blyth Spartans in their second qualifying-round tie last Saturday.
The reply is at Croft Park tonight (Tuesday) with Calderbank-Park set to stay at the Tameside Stadium - home for the Clarets' U23 Professional Development Fixtures - until 20 October after signing as injury cover.
The 18-year-old is no stranger to cup action, having helped Australia win the AFF U-18 Championship in Vietnam last month.
