Jonjo Shelvey has joined Burnley after his contract at Turkish side Eyupspor was cancelled by mutual consent.
Shelvey made just six appearances for Eyupspor after joining from Caykur Rizespor last summer.
The 32-year-old possesses a wealth of experience having featured in the Premier League for four different clubs, as well as logging six caps for England between 2012 and 2015.
Burnley, managed by Scott Parker, are currently in third place in the Championship as they look to secure a return to the Premier League.
A statement confirming Shelvey's departure from Eyupspor read: 'We have parted ways with professional football player Jonjo Shelvey by mutual consent.
