The Under-23s kick off their Professional Development League season with a trip to London to take on Millwall.
Steve Stone’s side, which finished fourth in the league’s northern group last season, head to The Den on Friday, 9 August.
The Clarets’ first home game is against Coventry City – who lost to overall champions Leeds United in last season’s play-off semi-finals – at Turf Moor on Monday, 19 August.
Burnley’s opening six fixtures and final four games are against teams from the southern section, who they play once.
The teams in the northern division play each other home and away, while the Clarets have again entered the Premier League Cup, having reached the quarter-finals last season.
