Sean Dyche has hailed “unsung heroes” Jack Cork and Ashley Westwood as key players in the Clarets’ revival.
The midfield duo have been virtual ever-presents, quietly going about their business while strikers Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood have been grabbing the headlines recently with their flourishing partnership.
But Dyche insists the squad are fully appreciative of their efforts in the engine room, helping to keep things purring away, notably during the unbeaten eight-game run that has eased the Clarets away from danger.
