Clarets boss Sean Dyche feels he is one of a dying breed of long-serving managers.
The Clarets boss becomes the club’s fourth longest-serving manager – and second post-War - when he leads his side out to face Norwich City at Turf Moor on Saturday.
And as his seventh anniversary at Turf Moor nears, Dyche sees the winds of change affecting those who follow in his footsteps.
Dyche. whose 313th game in charge takes him ahead of Stan Ternent in games managed, said: “It’s something that counts because the stats will tell you how much harder it is getting, year on year, across the board.
