Chelsea left-back Ian Maatsen, who turned down a move to Feyenoord to fight for his place, is discussing a move to Vincent Kompany's Burnley.
Maatsen, 20, joined Chelsea in 2018 after beginning his career with Dutch side Feyenoord and has spent the last two seasons on loan at Charlton Athletic and Coventy City.
He was a regular first team star for both clubs - helping Coventry survive in the second tier last season as he played 42 times and scored three goals.
