Frank Lampard had every reason to be delighted. A 3-0 win at a notoriously tricky ground, a fourth consecutive clean sheet and whispers that Chelsea might have what it takes to challenge for the title.
'There was certainly balance there and we worked on that,' Chelsea's manager said after a very positive afternoon's work at Burnley.
'When you're keeping clean sheets and scoring goals, you're going in the right direction. The clean sheets are a great sign of a spine in the team.'
Lampard's side looked really impressive as they came away from Turf Moor as 3-0 winners
Lampard added that he wouldn't be 'jumping up and down after a win like this, but is was a really positive day.
