Burnley confirmed the signing of Switzerland striker Zeki Amdouni with a bizarre announcement video on Wednesday.
The forward, who scored 22 goals in 55 appearances for Basel last season, has signed a five-year deal at Turf Moor after the clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
And, while many fans will be excited by the on-field prospects that Amdouni will bring, the most notable aspect of his signing was their strange announcement video.
The Clarets took to their Twitter page to confirm the signing of Amdouni via a Teletubbies-inspired video.
The clip shows the Swiss international talking to the four Teletubbies and appearing in the stomach-screen of Tinky Winky before directing a message to Burnley fans.
