Burnley are close to beating West Bromwich Albion to the signing of Leeds United left-back Charlie Taylor.
The 23-year-old has been courted by West Bromwich Albion for over a year and has turned down the offer of a new contract from Leeds United.
He will be a free agent on July 1 but Albion had hoped to reach agreement with Leeds over a compensation fee rather than drag negotiations through a tribunal.

Burnley are understood to have agreed personal terms with Taylor and will look to pay a fee of around £5million.
